This fall, Mission Meadows Community Garden is joining a growing regional movement called The Longest Table — a simple idea that's making a big difference across Eastern Washington and North Idaho: bring people together around a shared meal, and watch strangers become neighbors.
We're pairing this gathering with our annual Harvest Fest, celebrating everything our garden has grown this season. Expect a long communal table set right in the garden, seasonal food, good conversation, and a chance to connect with the folks who make this neighborhood green space possible.
Whether you've volunteered here for years or have never set foot in the garden, you have a seat at our table.
What to expect:
A shared community table set up in the garden
Seasonal harvest food and treats
Conversation-starters and community connection
A celebration of what we've grown together this year
Live music
Arts & crafts for kids
Bouquet making
Free and open to the community. Donations are appreciated. Please RSVP below so we know you’re coming! Bring a dish to share, or just bring yourself.
