Help Us Build Our Shed

Give our tools, seeds, and equipment a home that meets code.

Mission Meadows needs to replace our storage shed to comply with Spokane Valley zoning regulations. Your gift keeps the garden legal, organized, and ready for the next growing season.

WHY WE’RE BUILDING

A garden runs on more than good soil.

A small wooden garden shed with gray paint and a small window. A pathway leads to the shed, flanked by garden beds with plants and potted plants supported by wooden trellises. In the background, there is a dense forest with tall green trees.

Behind every harvest at Mission Meadows is a shed full of hand tools, hoses, irrigation parts, seed stock, and the supplies that keep the Market Garden, Food Forest, and Flower Mission running. Our current structure has reached the end of its life, and it no longer meets Spokane Valley's zoning code for accessory structures on our site.

To keep operating legally and protect what we've built, we need to remove the old shed and construct a new, code-compliant replacement in its place.

WHAT YOUR GIFT BUILDS

One small structure, a lot riding on it.

✓ Brings our storage into full compliance with city zoning requirements, so the garden can keep growing without interruption

✓ Gives tools, irrigation equipment, and seed stock a dry, secure place out of the weather

✓ Protects donated equipment and volunteer-purchased supplies from damage and theft

✓ Frees up volunteer time currently spent working around a shed that no longer functions well

Can't give right now? There's more than one way to pitch in.
